How it works
Plain wiring, a different surface.
It is the same family as the 4 inch panel, built wider for a room that needs more on one plate: several zones, a media tile, and a dedicated thermostat dial rather than sharing the screen with everything else. It goes into a standard wall opening and needs the same neutral wire the 4 inch panel does, checked on the free visit. Whatever you set on the wall is the same thing you would see in the app.
