Who we are

One idea, carried through the whole building.

Nexora Homes is a smart control company based in DHA Phase 6. We started from a single observation, and everything we do still comes back to it: a room can be finished beautifully and still have a plastic rocker switch screwed to the wall at shoulder height.

So we replaced it. Then the thermostat beside it, then the keyhole in the door, then the regulator, then the remote in the drawer. One material, one language, whatever the room is for.

Some of our work is a single bedroom. Some of it is a floor of offices, or a hotel corridor, or a building that is still a drawing. The scale changes and the method does not: look at the wiring first, fit clean, name everything, and show the people who live or work there how it runs before we leave.

The switch is the last ugly thing in a beautiful room.

What we build around

Where we work

Not only houses.

The same panels, switches, locks and motors go into very different buildings. What changes is how the job is planned and how we work around the people already in it.

  • Homes

Houses under construction and houses finished ten years ago. Most switches drop into the back box that is already in the wall, so a finished home does not have to be opened up again to become a smart one.

  • Commercial spaces

Offices, showrooms, restaurants and salons. Scenes for opening, for trading hours and for closing, so the last person out presses one button instead of walking the floor flipping twelve. Lights that are not left burning all night cost less every month.

  • Hotels

Guest rooms, corridors and reception. A room that comes up warm and lit the way you want a guest to find it, and goes quiet when the room is empty. One panel by the bed instead of a row of unlabelled switches a guest has to guess at.

  • Flats and apartments

Owned or rented, one unit or a whole floor. Nothing we fit needs the walls chased, which is what usually makes a flat impossible. No dust, no permission letters, no argument with the building.

  • Whole buildings

Floor by floor, including the common areas, the lobby and the corridors. We can come in at the drawing stage with your builder or your architect and lay the wiring out for what the building will actually need, or fit it after handover without touching the finished work.

What you get with us

The part most people get wrong is the fitting.

Our own team fits it.

The people who install your system work for us. Not a subcontractor who has seen the product once and will not answer the phone in six months.

We work around you.

An occupied home, a shop that has to keep trading, a hotel with guests in it. We plan the hours around the building instead of asking the building to stop.

Bring us in early and it costs less.

If the walls are still open, the wiring gets laid out for what you actually want to control. Adding it after the plaster is on is always the expensive way round.

Everything is labelled before we go.

Rooms grouped, scenes named in plain words, phones paired. Nobody should need a manual to turn on a light in their own building.

One material, wall to wall.

Panels, switches, locks, dimmers and curtain motors all come from the same family, so a house does not end up with four different looks on four different walls.

We stay after the handover.

Something stops behaving, you message the same number you booked on. No ticket number, no queue, no being passed around.

Larger projects

How a hotel or a building runs.

A few rooms is a day of work. A building is a project, so it gets planned like one. These four steps are in order, because each one needs the one before it.

Step 01

We walk the site.

With you, and with your electrician or contractor if there is one. We look at the boards, the wiring and what each area is actually for.

Step 02

We draw it up.

Every point, every panel, the scenes each area needs, and a written quote against it. You approve a plan, not a guess.

Step 03

We fit in phases.

Floor by floor or wing by wing, so the rest of the building keeps working. Finished areas are handed back as we go.

Step 04

We hand it over.

Named, grouped and tested, with your staff or your family shown how it runs. Then we are one message away.

Next step

Send us the drawings, or a photo of the wall.

For a house, one photo is enough to start. For a hotel, an office or a building, send the floor plans and we will come back with what is possible and what it costs.
