What it does
More than one way in.
Camera at the door
See who is there before you decide whether to open it, from the app, whether you are home or away.
Fingerprint, PIN, or the app
Three ways in that are not a key.
A mechanical key still exists
The backup every electronic lock should have, kept rather than removed.
A bell that reaches you
A press at the door reaches your phone, not just whoever happens to be home.
How it works
Plain wiring, a different surface.
The lock reads a fingerprint or a keypad code at the door and releases the bolt; the camera above it means you can see the door before you answer it. A mechanical key stays as the fallback, the same backup any electronic lock should have, for the day the battery is the last thing on your mind. We check your specific door and its existing hardware on the same free visit we use for everything else in the range, rather than promising a fit before we have seen it.
Where it fits
Not only one kind of room.
Homes
The front door — the one lock in the house that gets used by everyone in it, all day.
Flats and apartments
A door you do not want a spare key hidden under a mat for. Fingerprints and codes can be added or removed as people come and go.
Commercial spaces
A shop or office front door, where knowing who came in and when matters more than it does at home.
Questions about this one
What people ask before they book.
What happens if the battery dies?
Does it fit my existing door?
Can more than one person unlock it?
Also in the range
The rest of the same material.

Control panels
The panel that runs a room from one place: scenes, lights, climate and cameras, with the clock and the weather sitting on it the rest of the day.

Touch switches
A touch switch that fits the back box you already have. No rewiring, no chasing walls, one finish repeated on every wall in the house.

Curtain motors
Mounts on the track you already have and opens the curtain a hand used to — on a scene, a schedule, the remote, or a word to Alexa.
